Python Job: Network Monitoring Expert - NETSCOUT

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Network Monitoring Expert - NETSCOUT to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain the operational condition of global NETSCOUT platforms (France, Germany, and UK).
• Closely collaborate with the Network Product experts to set up and modify, if necessary, the parameters on the existing network devices and to ensure their relevance.
• Set up alerts while defining accurate thresholds.
• Implement relevant network/application measure criteria and set dashboards for different user communities.
• Design and deploy the new global network monitoring solution, move from silo- to global- mode.
• Propose application improvement by analyzing proactively the whole application tiers to enhance the User Experience.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Expert in NETSCOUT solutions (Dedicated Global Manager, nGenius One Server, Infinistream probe, Packet Flow Switch, PFS Manger, NetFlow, Pulse).
• Solid and significant experience in Network devices management.
• Proficient in English
• Ability to write technical documentation in English.
• Experienced monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, DX NetOps Spectrum, Centreon, Cacti, Orion/Solarwind).
• Elastic (ELK).
• Python (Scripts using NETSCOUT API).
